    The most “normal” tasting GF recipes I’ve found! Annalise has created a great resource for both beginner bakers and more advanced. She provides a basic explanation of gluten free flours and why she blends her flour as she does. With a myriad of flour blends available hers continue to be my go-to ratios. She does use brown rice so if arsenic is a concern I would probably avoid the book – the recipes will work with other flour blends. I like the book well enough to give as gifts.     THIS is the cookbook with the recipes for yummy goodness that can’t be told apart from non-GF treats!! Annalise knows her stuff and has put in her time figuring out how to make these GF “classics” taste just like what we were used to before having to cut gluten from our diets.
