    After finishing the 1st chapter I got a refund for $0.99. That’s how bad this book is. English is not Richard Smiths native language and for what ever reason, cheap or otherwise, he chose not to pay for professional editing and it is evident. You cannot write American English with the rules of non-English speaking sentences and thought structures. That’s the case in this book.
