From Trishah Woolley, FastCash-System (FCS) Owner
The first few months of 2010 have been quite interesting for both myself and Bruce Carter, who moderates our conference calls. As we were working on plans for the future of FCS we were presented with an alternative offer that we felt we had to take advantage of. Unfortunately, after considering the pros and cons of everything, we have regrettably decided that, in order to pursue our new business direction, we will have to let FCS go.
We believe that the way we propose to close FCS is both fair and ethical.
Please read the following Q&A's which should answer most of your questions and give you instructions on what you, as a member, may need to do now.
Q: When did FCS close?
A: FCS was closed to new registrations as of Monday 01 March 2010 and the membership area closed on Sunday 14 March 2010 at midnight Eastern Time.
Q: But I have money in my FCS account I've never taken out. How do I get my money?
A: As of Friday 19 March 2010 all earning have been sent to members AlertPay accounts.
Q: I still haven't gotten my money. What do I do?
A: This is most likely because we did not have either a valid AlertPay email address in order to send the money or/and a valid email in order to contact you.
To get your money, please submit a support ticket with your full name, username(s), email and valid AlertPay email address before 30 April 2010.
Q: What about people who recently signed up and didn't get a chance to really work the system?
A: We feel badly about this. So to be fair... Everyone who signed up after 15 January 2010 can get a full refund of $12.00 to their AlertPay account.
Q: I paid to activate my account before 15 January 2010 but never made any money... what about me?
A: Then you are owed "one equal share" of program income. Here is how this works...
In FCS, for every $10.00 that came in, 80%, or $8.00 (program income), went to pay members who cycle. However, since not everyone cycled there is a portion of this 80% of program income that was never paid out. Many companies just close their doors and never return this money (known as "breakage" in the industry). However, the ethical thing to do is to return this money to the non-earning paid members. Every paid member who did not make any money can receive one equal share of the remaining program income per each position/account.
Q: How much is "one equal share" of the remaining program income worth?
A: $3.20
Q: I paid with AlertPay and opened higher Phases (2-5) and never cycled on those phases. Do I get something?
A: Yes. If you paid to upgrade using AlertPay then you will get one equal share times the Phase. In other words: Phase2 = 3.20 x 2 or $6.40. Phase3 = 3.20 x 3 or $9.60, etc.
Q: I did cycle once in FCS... Can I too get a refund or an equal share of the program income?
A: If you cycled, even once, then you have gotten back more money than you put in and are not owed a refund or an equal share.
NOTE About PIF: If someone paid for you to join (e.g., used our Pay It Forward (PIF) system) AND you never cycled (never made money) AND you did not enter an AlertPay email address into your profile, then your one equal share was sent to the person who paid for you to join.
Q: What if my question isn't answered here?
A: If you have additional concerns, problems or comments you can put in a support ticket before 30 April 2010. http://www.fastcash-system.com/support
As you can see, we have tried our best to do right by our members in the way we are choosing to close the program. We hope you agree.
We wish everyone who has been with us and supported us all the best success in your future endeavors!
